Message: I have shopped and purchased here many times in the past 10 years. Today I had a upbeat, professional and very satisfying purchase of some High-end Nitto Tires. My sales person was Ezekiel (Zeke) who is a stand-up, honest individual. I so enjoyed his candor, his opinion, and his complete expertise in helping me pick out the Tires that I was comfortable with. "Hats-off" and a "salute" to ZEKE, HE cared about us. We all know in this day and time, how hard it is to find good employees. Thank you Discount Tires for hiring and training special people like Zeke. There are many, many places to purchase tires. Long time happy customer here, who keeps coming back for this great service.

Message: Had a nail in the tire today... after bringing my truck in to get it fixed for free I was wrong. Even after purchasing insurance when I bought the tires new, I still had to pay $40. I know discount could have done better but simply chose to make a quick buck by selling me the replacement tired warranty. Little upset but still love the service there.
