Message: I live nearby a Discount Tire but find myself driving 30 minutes away to come to this location every time. The overall team at this location never lets me down. Whether it’s a blown tire or a nail they always ensure I’m back on the road without impeding on my plans for the day (without prior notice). Will and always come back again. Message: I came in to the Discount Tire in Stafford not knowing what was wrong with my front passenger tire, and the young gentleman there Dylan was VERY helpful in diagnosing my problem (a patch that had been put to stop the leak before that I had forgot about) and getting me a new similar tire for free since it was a tire that was still under warranty! I just had to pay for the certifications. He also diagnosed the other tires' situations so I am well-informed in any future decisions! Dylan went above and beyond today, and should be commended by his bosses and peers for doing so! Give him a raise! Thanks to him and the great service today at the Stafford store!

Message: Eric was awesome in assisting me today with purchasing a spare. He showed me that another tire of mine was actually really low on tread and recommended me a couple of good tires. Didn’t try to charge me for a bunch of air and was very thorough, EXTREMELY polite, professional, and personable. Awesome guy for sure! Also Dylan helped me out when I needed air and he told me about the screw in my tire. He was just as kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for my future tire/wheel needs!

Message: I went to Discount Tire in February to have a nail removed from one of my tires. After review of this, it was found the tire had to be replaced; I was assisted by RAUL and he was absolutely amazing, kind and explained my options of getting back operational with ensured safety.. After giving me options on tire replacement, I purchased 3 tires and was on the road safe again. RAUL displayed exceptional customer service, leadership and explained everything with ease. He is defiantly and asset to the Discount Tire organization and I will be back should I have tire issues in the future.

Message: Bought tires here for years and service always good at any Discount location. If you buy tires I suggest you get the road hazard warranty because if you get a flat good chance they will just replace your tire. Its a great 18$ insurance. Free rotation and balance. Usually very busy so sorry you'll be waiting for while to have your tire work done..
