Message: I found an ad for the truck I was searching for on craigslist and left a voicemail over the weekend. First thing Monday morning I get a call from him letting me know vehicle is still available and since I live in San Antonio I asked him if he could please hold vehicle for a day so that I can drive into town to test drive. He did that without requiring a deposit so I was happy about that after test driving the vehicle I asked them to hold for me I wasn’t pleased with the way it felt luckily I was able to test drive another truck he had same make and model exactly what I was looking for four-door 4 x 4 after test driving the second truck I was noticing a couple of repairs needed. Butch was very fair in negotiating an understanding of my request after we agreed on my price an hour later my bank USAA sent the documents and I drove away with my truck I am a very happy buyer and was appreciative of his knowledge in the vehicles as wellHis customer service highly recommend this dealership he knows his Chevys.
